Dealing with our comfort zone

This title may sound intriguing but we all often deal with it – yes with our own comfort zones…
We live in our comfort zones; unmoved and unshaken; without accepting any change. The same newspaper, the same local train, the same job, the same evening coffee, the same green grocer and the same routine – but we are happy as we call ourselves stable and comfortable. We never feel to do away with the things that we repeatedly do. Accepting change in people, environment or even small gadgets that we use gets miserable.
What if the maid misses a day?
What if the boss calls for a presentation?
What if the cable connection is off tonight?
We expect things to go on as we the way we are habituated to them all the time. Not because they add any charm to our lives but they tend to get an integral part of our unchallenged lives. We never see ourselves comfortable in doing something that we haven’t done before. We expect a lot of things to happen but are never willing to disturb our smooth and easy going way of life. And where there is no comfort we fear to stride, getting captives to our own complacence.
We feel attached to things that we get acquainted with. Routine becomes a habit and Repetition becomes a culture. And we get so compassionate about it that everything then just revolves around a small boundary i.e. within our comfort zones!
There could be two important reasons to it – either we are restricting ourselves or we feel that there exist no alternative for us. However, we never do it intentionally, we get adapted to believing it. Gradually our ideology turns into invisible fences around us.
Now a question arises here – what is the harm in it?
Frankly, there is no harm in it. We can pull on the same way forever. Consistency is beautiful, but the fact of the life is that “change” is inevitable…
It is no harm; if you are not feeling stagnant
It is no harm; if you are not blaming yourselves for lack of choices.
It is no harm; if you are not filled with the fear of change
Yes, it is no harm; if you are still able to experience the meaning progress in life and are not living with compromises…
BUT, if none of that is true, then deal with your comfort zone
If you want to experience fullness in life, challenge yourself.
If you want to experience limitless life, go beyond your fears…
There is no limit to human ability and adaptability. It’s all about the choices that we make.
If we want to lead an accomplished life, we must break free from our insecurities.
Break free from the fear of change…
Break free from the feeling of “can I do it”…
Break free from being comfortable…
We must grow…
            Try Harder…
                        Live Full…
